Electronic Technician for Technical Equipment and Installation
The apprenticeship consists of the following elements:
- Basic training in mechanics
- Electrical engineering
- Technical regulations
- Electronics
- Control technology
- Digital, control and measurement technology
- Programming PLC’s (programmable logic controllers)
- Visualisation
- Process engineering
- Wiring and testing of coffee roast machines and plant controls under the supervision of expert workers
Duration: | usually 3.5 years |
Vocational school: | one or two days a week at Kleve Vocational College |
Final exam Part 1: | after about 1.5 years in theory and practice |
Final examPart 2: | after 3.5 years, consisting of theory and company work task |
Prerequisite: | at least completion of secondary education |
Deadline for application: | end of october of previous year |
Beginning of apprenticeship: | every year in August/September |
