IT Systems Electronics Technician
The apprenticeship consists of the following elements:
- Basic training in electrical engineering
- Programming of databanks and machine controls
- Systems analysis
- Procurement and configuration of IT systems
- Hardware and software installation and configuration
- Service and maintenance of IT systems
- Error checking and analysis
- Description of products, processes and procedures
- Data security, data protection and copyright law
- Project work
Duration of apprenticeship: | 3 years |
Vocational school: | 3 blocks of 4 weeks each per school year at the Duisburg Vocational College |
Intermediate exam: | after about 1.5 years in theory |
Final exam: | after 3 years in theory and practice |
Prerequisite: | at least completion of secondary education |
Deadline for application: | end of october of previous year |
Beginning of apprenticeship: | every year in August/September |
