The process chain of coffee processing consists of the trilogy green coffee, roasting and preparation. According to many experts each of these three phases corresponds to a respective third of each cup of coffee in terms of quality. This is the reason why PROBAT is interested in providing interested parties from all business areas first-hand answers to any roasting questions they may have.

PROBAT is involved with sponsoring within the framework of the coffee trilogy. Together with two other experienced companies of the coffee sector PROBAT has developed the Songwa farm project in Tanzania.
