for PROBATONE 5 and PROBATONE 12

Due to various processing methods in producing countries, stones can end up in the green coffee. The destoner for the shop roasters PROBATONE 5 and 12 reliably removes stones. With the help of a ventilator, the roasted coffee is transported upwards and the stones are left behind on a sieve.The intensity of the airflow can be adjusted infinitely depending on the coffee variety and degree of roast. The unit weighs approx. 50 kilograms and is designed for a capacity of 14 to 18 kilograms.
