Process Training
The operation of roasting machines is a complex and demanding job. Operators and roast masters have to develop the right feeling for their machine in order to produce safely and reliably. Knowledge and practical experience are the prerequisites. Moreover, successful work increases staff motivation.
PROBAT offers training courses in which the participants learn to operate their roasting machines safely and effectively. They train behavioural modes that minimise downtimes and recognise the importance of timely maintenance and servicing. Contact
More safety during roasting
The normal roasting process itself does not involve any risks provided that everything proceeds correctly. Danger can however be involved owing to external circumstances, machine defects or faulty operation.
The participants learn to understand the processes and to recognize hazardous situations. So they can react adequately in cases of emergency. This way the companies protect their staff members as well as their equipment. They might perhaps get a more favourable classification as far as the insurance premiums are concerned.
Optimisation of Production
All companies have to produce efficiently and profitably. This goal can be attained with an ideally tuned production chain. Sometimes it is easier for an external person to recognise latent potentials. The issue is about raising potentials and implementing them in a way that is profitable for the company.
Plant managers discover weak spots in the production chain and learn about possibilities of improving them. They are put into the position of being able to produce more efficiently, reduce downtimes and damages and thus save costs. Contact
