Probat presents revised Probatino

Probat, German-based specialist in designing and con- structing roasting machines, has recently presented the next generation of its smallest shop roaster Probatino. The main focus of the development work was the continuation of the consistent concept, which made the roaster that successful in the past.

With its batch size of roughly one kilogramme the Probatino is used both in the laboratories of large coffee producers or in numerous small-scale specialty coffee roast houses. Green coffee traders rely as well on the constantly excellent quality and the reproducibility of the roasted product. These features are also decisive for the organisation “Cup of Excellence”, which roasts its coffees on Probatinos world- wide.

The newly launched shop roaster now comes up with various modifications in detail which improve the ease of use.
