Roasting coffee in a drum turning on a horizontal axis is the oldest method still commonly in use and the traditional form of slow roasting. We can offer you four different roasting systems in this product segment with nominal outputs of 240 to 3,000 kg/h. With their different configurations and wide range of optional equipment, our roasters enable maximum flexibility. We are making PROBAT roasting technology available at a new price point outside Europe with our BASIC drum roaster. This gives an even larger group of customers the chance to use an authentic PROBAT roaster. The new model goes back to basics, making PROBAT quality more accessible.
