Rotary Air Screen Cleaner
The FCM rotary sieving machine removes fine and coarse impurities such as dust, sand, stones, and glass or jute fibres.
Usually, this sieving machine has two decks for screening into three fractions. The sieving machine is based on the functional principle of the circular oscillating plan sieve and consists of a basic swing box with supporting frame, on which there are mounted the individual sieve decks. The suspension system of the free-swinging drive guarantees a smooth run. The desired stroke is achieved through alterations in weight and the sieve inclination is adjustable. Spherical bottom cleaning keeps the sieve netting free from impurities. The product passing through the upper sieve is aspirated.
Destoner
The FDM destoner effectively removes stones and metal parts from the pre-cleaned product fraction. The destoner works according to the forced inversion selection principle. In a machine housing, there is arranged a swing box suspended on oscillating arms. It is driven by a crankshaft. The air enters through a distributing bottom with a sieve mounted upon it, on which the product is lying. By means of the air stream aerating the surface, the product is separated according to its specific weight. The light fraction (product) is moved to the lower edge of the inclined sieve; the heavy fraction is moved to the upper edge of the sieve and is ultimately discharged into a bin.
