The PILOT ROASTER control systems are flexible, efficient and future-proof control solutions for your roasting machines. They are based on the newest Siemens resp. Allen Bradley control modules.
During the complete roasting process, the PILOT ROASTER offers the operator a survey of all important parameters. In order to further increase the flexibility, a second operating station can optionally be integrated into the control system. A comfortable working and a quick familiarisation are possible by means of the operator-friendly working surface.
Values set manually during the roasting process can be taken over into the recipe programme whereas the roasting of further batches with changed roasting profile is made possible.
All motors resp. flaps can be actuated separately via the revision mode of the PILOT ROASTER control system rendering possible a simple check of all set components for testing and maintenance purposes.
