The fully-automatic high-end roaster control system PILOT ROASTER Excellence is a PC-based SCADA system with visualised operating level and a comprehensive data management. Compared with the PILOT ROASTER Professional, it offers an extended scope of services and a long-term archiving of the production data as well as a comprehensive recipe function. With the help of a history function, a large number of evaluations and analyses about the production process can be drawn up.

The PILOT ROASTER Excellence is for the utilisation in the PROBAT plant control system PILOT PLANT Excellence.
