Roasted Coffee Weighing

Shrinkage controls after roasting and the weighing of roasted coffee are carried out using bin-weighing scales before grinding or packaging.

In order to achieve a homogeneous roasting result, blending after roasting creates mixtures of different roasted coffees. This is carried out, for example, in a paddle, drum or bevel worm mixer.
