The roasters of the SATURN series particularly show their advantages when different roasting results with high operating capacity have to be achieved. With the constantly high quality, the batch roaster offers a particularly broad range of application and can react flexibly to individual demands.
Centrifugal forces move the coffee in the roaster bin consisting of roaster bowl and lamella ring. This unique procedure guarantees a very homogenous and gentle mixing of the production so that the beans are completely reached by the roasting air added in the centre of the bowl.
SATURN centrifugal roasters can be simply operated by the modern control systems of PROBAT and can be observed and controlled fully-automatically by a PC-based operating station.
