Technique for Individual Demands

Temperatures that are individually adjustable on the respective process are generated in a separately standing heating oven and are led to the roasting drum via a fan. This way of air leading provides for a highly uniform temperature profile along the roasting drum. The heating energy is thus transferred to the product in careful and uniform way. A partial overheating is not possible, which is especially an important advantage with regard to products that need a very dark roasting.

The regulation of the energy supply is effected by installed, actuated flaps. Depending on the requirements of the product and the respective step of the process, the heating energy can be led either around or through the roasting drum. It also is possible to lead the process air via an optionally recirculating fan in a cycle in order to achieve a better utilisation of the energy.

At the end of the process, the finished product is discharged rapidly and without any residues from the roasting drum. This is made possible by the pneumatic opening of the entire front cover.

The cooling sieve has a special perforation. The equipment version with double bottom, which can be delivered on demand, provides for a clean discharge of the fine parts that have fallen through the perforation.

The working capacity is 300 kg to 6000 kg depending on the product to be roasted. Different variations are possible with regard to the configuration – according to your wishes and requirements.
