FCN60/120/300/500 – Specialist and All-Rounder In One

The special roasting chamber geometry of the FCN series allows particularly gentle product treatment due to the omission of an intermixing blade system.

The spherical design of the roasting chamber ensures perfect heat transfer and ideal product movement. On completion of the roasting phase, the roasting chamber is rotated through about 90°, so that even candied products are discharged into the following cooler without problem.

The FCN series is available for batch sizes up to about 500 kg. Available for the larger variants is an optionally energy-saving heat recirculation system, which increases the efficiency of the system.
