At the earliest possible date, we search for a:

EMPLOYEE QUALITY CONTROL (M/F/D)

for our organization unit Quality Management/Production/Procurement (QP).

Your tasks

• Realisation of incoming goods inspections as well as check of parts and components by means of drawings, purchase order documents and quality assurance specifications
• Release of parts within the framework of specifications or consultation with the Production, Manufacturing and Purchase Departments (production release/blocked stock)
• Preparation of measuring and equipment and realisation of checks (e.g. function, dimensional checks, surface condition, dimensional accuracy)
• Acceptance of manufactured machines (test location) and parts in the manufacturing or on site at suppliers, check of individual components and assemblies with view to function as well as assessment of welding seams on steel constructions
• Handling of complaints and dealing with suppliers
• Documentation and assessment of results, identification of deviations as well as initiation, description and follow-up of measures
• Optimisation of checking procedures

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or similar

• Relevant professional experience, preferably concerning quality assurance in mechanical and plant engineering

• Welding skills

• Experience concerning the handling of measuring equipment and ability to read and understand technical drawings and parts lists

• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally also AMS++

• Solid command of the English language

• Communication skills, reliability and willingness to work in a team across a group

• Willingness to do business trips
