In the Museum of Coffee Technology we take you on an exciting journey through our history and the history of coffee, told through almost 1,000 exhibits that surprise, inspire and enthrall. A tour of our more than 155-year-old company history shows how it all began and illustrates how PROBAT became the world market and technology leader in machines and systems for the coffee industry. Covering an area of more than 600 square metres, our museum houses an extensive collection of objects that have been essential to coffee processing.

Wake up and smell the coffee

Visitors can take a tour of the museum, during which they will gain insights into the history of coffee, from farming to preparation. They can find out incredible details about the coffee roasting process and the required machinery. These roasters that turn green coffee into one of the most popular beverages in the world can be seen in all their variety in the museum.

This process, largely hidden from most coffee drinkers, is closely linked to the history of PROBAT. Take a look behind the scenes of over 150 years of history on a guided museum tour. There are plenty of surprises in store. And of course a good cup of coffee.
