Built to solve. Designed to deliver.
Consistent coffee quality and reproducible aroma are critical benchmarks in quality control and customer-specific product development. The Colorette color measurement system supports these goals by providing a precise and objective evaluation of the color of ground coffee, helping determine the optimal roasting and grinding processes to meet the requirements of individual customers.
The Colorette uses a white, pulsed LED to illuminate a sample of ground coffee prepared using a scraper device. A sensor then captures the reflected light and accurately evaluates the color value, which is displayed on the integrated touchscreen. With output available in freely definable scales, the Colorette offers maximum flexibility and can easily be adapted to specific user preferences and internal quality standards.
