PROAIR delivers a powerful, energy-efficient solution for significantly reducing odors in the cooling exhaust air from roasting processes—without relying on energy-intensive catalytic or thermal oxidation technologies.
Engineered for maximum efficiency, PROAIR features low energy consumption, a compact footprint, and seamless integration into existing production environments. The system is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation and can treat airflows of up to 220,000 cubic meters per hour.

At the core of PROAIR is innovative cold plasma technology, which generates active oxygen from ambient air. First, the intake air passes through a three-stage filtration system for thorough cleaning, followed by a preheater for precise humidity control. The pre-conditioned air then flows through a series of cold plasma modules, where active oxygen is produced. This active oxygen is injected into the exhaust air stream, where it effectively oxidizes and neutralizes odor-causing compounds—reducing odor levels by up to 95%.
