Among all exhaust air purification systems, PROFORTE sets a new benchmark for efficiency and sustainability—delivering the highest purification performance with the lowest energy consumption.

Unlike conventional systems, PROFORTE produces no burner-related pollutants such as hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, or nitrogen oxides (NOₓ). This is made possible by its innovative flameless regenerative thermal oxidation (FRTO) process, which completely eliminates the need for an additional burner.
During operation, roasting gases pass through PROFORTE’s high-performance ceramic bed, where temperatures between 900 and 1,100 °C ensure complete oxidation. The combustion process is sustained by directly converting the chemical energy of the roasting gases into thermal energy, making the system exceptionally energy-efficient.

To maintain consistently high temperatures within the ceramic bed, the airflow direction is cyclically reversed, achieving an outstanding thermal efficiency of up to 98%.

For even greater performance, PROFORTE can be optionally equipped with a buffer tank that captures and purifies the exhaust air typically released unfiltered during flow switching. This ensures near-continuous purification at the highest environmental standards.
