The Horn Seasoner is the perfect tool for precisely and uniformly applying oils, salt, seasoning powders and slurries to snack products. Designed for versatility, it is particularly effective with naturally sticky products where flavors adhere easily, as well as in two-stage applications — such as oil followed by dry seasoning — where additional adhesion is required for optimal flavor coverage.

The Seasoner gently tumbles nut products in a rotary drum while precisely applying dry and liquid flavorings. Dry powders and seasonings are dispersed via dedicated applicators, while oils and slurries are applied through continuous-flow systems.
