Roller Mill Series
Crushing of brittle, soft and medium-hard products such as superabsorbent polymer, urea-based fertilizers or chemical fertilizers
Built to solve. Designed to deliver.
Engineered for precision and performance, the Bauermeister Roller Mill Series is ideal for the efficient crushing and deagglomeration of brittle, soft and medium-hard materials. Perfectly suited for processing superabsorbent polymers (SAPs), urea-based fertilizers, and other chemical fertilizers, these mills deliver a consistently narrow particle size distribution while minimizing dust generation.
The Roller Mill Series operates on the proven principles of compression and shear to achieve efficient size reduction. Product is fed through a precisely controlled gap between rotating rollers, where it is crushed and deagglomerated. The final particle size distribution is influenced by the roller gap setting and the specific corrugation pattern on the roller surfaces.
With configurations available with one, two or three crushing stages, the Roller Mill Series offers the flexibility to meet a wide range of processing requirements. The roller length also determines the maximum achievable throughput, making it easy to scale production based on operational needs.
