The NEPTUNE 4000 is the largest drum roaster of its kind on the global market. It boasts an impressive batch size range of 440–880 kg and roasting times of 6–20 minutes. With a capacity of up to four tons of green coffee per hour, it sets new standards for industrial coffee roasting.

During the roasting process, heated supply air is directed through and around the rotating drum. Inside, precisely angled shovel blades ensure the beans move uniformly. Heat is transferred primarily through convection, delivering consistent, reproducible results and outstanding coffee quality, batch after batch.
