Efficient Green Coffee Conveying – Flexible and Convenient
PROBAT green coffee conveyors provide a comfortable and efficient way to load the hoppers of all specialty roasters. Using compressed air, the coffee is transported from the feed unit to the roaster’s hopper and, once the roasting temperature is reached, discharged directly into the drum – automatically for UG and G series as well as the G45, and manually for the P series.
As an alternative to the standard pneumatic system, a bucket elevator is available. This option operates more quietly and allows for a lower overall system height
Destoners– Protecting Quality and Equipment
PROBAT destoners reliably remove heavy foreign objects such as stones, glass, or metal from roasted coffee. This minimizes the risk of damage to downstream equipment and ensures consistently high product quality.
A fan generates an airflow that draws in only the lighter roasted beans, while heavier particles are collected in a separate container – for clean beans and safe processing.
ReiCatino – Efficient, Electric, Eco-Friendly
ReiCatino is PROBAT’s innovative, electrically powered catalyst for effective removal of smoke and odors. Replacing traditional afterburners, it offers high purification efficiency, easy maintenance, and significantly lower NOx and greenhouse gas emissions. Compatible with all PROBAT specialty roasters and retrofit-ready, ReiCatino is the eco-friendly solution for modern, sustainable coffee roasting.
