PROBAT is more than just a company – it is a community. Many of our employees have been part of our team for decades, often across generations. The “family trees” displayed in our entrance area reflect this deep-rooted connection. For us, sustainability also means nurturing these strong bonds. At our headquarters, the Museum of Coffee Technology invites visitors on a journey through the company’s history. Over 1,000 exhibits vividly showcase the heritage of coffee roasting and PROBAT’s evolution into a global market leader.

The health of our employees is a top priority. Our PROBAT Health Circle organizes regular sports meetups, nutrition and mental health consultations, as well as preventive physiotherapy services.
PROBAT focuses on targeted education and training to address the shortage of skilled labor and meet the increasing demands of international markets. Trainees can choose from a wide range of commercial and technical professions – complemented by dual study programs in cooperation with universities. For skilled trades, we operate our own training workshop, which also trains apprentices from other companies.
Many trainees choose to continue their careers at PROBAT after completing their training. Part-time professional development opportunities offer a wide range of advancement prospects. In addition, internal and external training programs continuously promote the development of professional and personal competencies – as part of our long-term employee development strategy.
