At MacIntyre's Technology Center in Arbroath, Scotland, the focus is on the development and adaptation of compound and chocolate recipes. Fat-Based Grinding – Flexible Use Beyond Chocolate
The MacIntyre Refiner/Conche is not limited to traditional chocolate processing. Its design also makes it suitable for fat-based grinding applications beyond standard recipes. This includes the refining of fat-rich mixtures such as nut pastes, spreads, and specialty compounds.
