ELEKTRONICS TECHNICIAN AS SERVICE MANAGER CUSTOMER SUPPORT (M/F/D)

for our organisational unit Service Customer Support (SCS).

Your tasks

  • Telephonic and written acceptance of customer requests, disturbances and technical complaints
  • Handling and follow-up of support processes
  • Coordination of the processes and forwarding the resulting measures to the special departments
  • Remote and on-site troubleshooting and support of troubleshooting concerning electrical and procedural disturbances on existing machines and plants
  • Responsible for hotline support

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as electronics technician (m/f/d) for industrial engineering, preferably with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience concerning commissioning/start-up and troubleshooting
  • Technical affinity and understanding of PLC control systems
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Routine handling of MS Office
  • Analytical, independent and structured way of working
  • Commitment and communication skills during customer contacts
  • Willingness to occasionally do business trips
