The Hamburg Dresdner Maschinenfabriken group is part of the PROBAT group and has a modern and fully equipped Technology Center in which the complete process from the cocoa processing up to the finished chocolate is shown.   

To strengthen our team at the site Dresden, we search at the earliest possible date for a:

PLANT FITTER / METAL WORKER / INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC (M/F/D) 

Your tasks: 

• Independent assembly of complete machine frames and machine claddings as well as complex assemblies according to drawing and parts list
• Preparation and processing of the components provided for this, made of sheet metal, cast and steel
• Carrying out and documentation of functional and quality tests
• Repairs on customer machines and assemblies 

Your profile: 

• Completed apprenticeship as industrial mechanic, fitter, metal worker or comparable qualification
• English skills of advantage
• Experience in the reading of technical drawings and parts lists
• Welding certification and experience in welding (MAG, WIG) appreciated
• Ability to work both alone and together in a team
• High degree of quality consciousness, independence, and reliability
• Personal initiative as well as solution and customer oriented, systematic approach
• Ideally forklift and crane operating permit
• Willingness to do occasional business trips of advantage
