Our portfolio includes solutions ranging from thermal pre-cleaners to advanced systems that combine thermal pre-cleaning with low-temperature catalytic post-combustion.
In the TVR thermal pre-cleaner, roasting exhaust air is heated to approximately 450°C with the help of an additional forced-air burner. At these elevated temperatures, visible organic roasting gases and product-specific odors are oxidized and significantly reduced, improving air quality.
For areas with particularly strict environmental regulations, the TVR system can be equipped with the NVK catalytic post-combustion system. After thermal pre-cleaning, the exhaust air passes through a catalytic converter, where both the temperature increase and catalytic reaction further reduce emissions.
