Start of career at Oldenburgische Landesbank in Oldenburg. Since 1999 the father of four works at PROBAT. In 2002 he takes over the commercial management, and since 2009 he is the sole managing partner. Wim is the fourth generation to manage the family business and holds several further supervising and management positions at the subsidiaries within the PROBAT Group.
Actively involved in the trade association of the metal industry (Vice President) as well as in the committee of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Lower Rhine. Chairman of the board of Volksbank Emmerich-Rees eG. Counsels international institutions such as the UC Davis Coffee Center.

Industrial electrician training with subsequent electrical engineering studies, specializing in automation technology. Initially working as a development engineer in sensor technology. In 2012, Sebastian started his career at PROBAT Group, where he supervised the technical clarification of internal and external software projects. Afterward, he took over the position of Head of Software Engineering & IT. In 2022, he was promoted to Executive Vice President Electrical Engineering. Since 2024, he has been serving as CTO Digital Corporate. In this position, he drives the further development of PROBAT's pioneering digital solutions.

Holds degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, and Psychology. Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant. Before joining the PROBAT Group in 2019, worked as a management consultant and in various leadership roles in both mid-sized and large companies. He led the Food Division (formerly HDM) until 2024 and now serves as Group CSO, responsible for global sales strategy.

Studied Psychology and Business Administration in Zurich, Vienna, and Amsterdam. Gained international HR leadership experience at Philips, Ahold, and Apollo Tyres. Joined the PROBAT Group in 2025 as CHRO. Responsible for shaping the group-wide HR strategy, aiming to optimize international structures and foster a strong company culture that promotes innovation, diversity, and sustainable growth.

Studies of business administration at the university of Münster. From 2007 onwards in charge of marketing at Sportwagenmanufaktur Wiesmann. In 2014 he then joined PROBAT Group as director marketing and communications. Since 2017, Jan has been responsible for the global brand strategy, first as Executive Vice President Marketing and then as CMO.

Studies of economic sciences at the universities of Bochum and Helsinki. Since 2003 Christian has collected professional experience within various management positions at E.ON Ruhrgas as well as in different companies of the thyssenkrupp group. In addition to traditional financial tasks, the graduate economist is responsible for IT, purchasing and human resources. Since 2020 he covers the position as CFO at PROBAT Group.

Engineering studies at the University Duisburg. Start of career at Siemens AG. Initially Thomas works as design manager at Maschinenfabrik Ferd. Gothot GmbH, before joining PROBAT. After various positions within the group of companies, he becomes divisional head of product technology and r&d. Currently Thomas holds the role of CTO Coffee at PROBAT Group.
Supports research and education by giving lectures at Universities Geisenheim and ZHAW Zürich. Member of several association committees.

Training at PROBAT, followed by engineering studies at the university of applied sciences Lower Rhine Krefeld. Since 2002 Rainer has held various positions within the company‘s order management business unit. First as Executive Vice President Operations and now as COO he is responsible for any value-adding process up to the delivery in particular of the roasting systems and plants.

Chemical Engineering studies at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. During his career, Scott has held positions at GE Plastics, Kraft Foods, Starbucks, and Probat, Inc. He joined PROBAT Group in October 2022 as the CSO Coffee responsible for all sales and project management.
Scott is passionate about the development of future engineers and scientists. He regularly lectures in local high schools and mentors students through the selection of universities and continuing education.

Studied Economics and completed post-academic training as a Certified Public Accountant at VU University Amsterdam. Held leadership roles in international manufacturing companies such as Premier Tech, Dentsply Sirona, and Dover Corporation, with responsibilities in Finance, IT, and Logistics.
Started in September 2024 as CFO Food at PROBAT, based in Koog aan de Zaan, responsible for Finance, Export & Order Administration, Purchasing, and IT. -
Tobias earned his PhD at the University Medical Center Freiburg, Institute of Molecular Medicine and Cell Research, in 2007. He then gained professional experience at Berry Callebaut in Belgium until 2011, before joining the Bühler Group as Head of R&D and Technology. In 2019, he joined PROBAT, where he has since held various leadership roles. Most recently, he serves as CTO Food at PROBAT.

Start of career as sales engineer at WBA GmbH in Borken. In 2013 Udo joined PROBAT. Previously he served in different positions at SL ProTec GmbH, Spaleck GmbH & Co. KG and Meier Prozesstechnik GmbH, to name a few. In 2020, he became Executive Vice President Service at PROBAT. PROBAT Service GmbH has been an independent company of the PROBAT Group since 2021 and Udo holds the position of CEO Service.

Holds a Bachelor's in Accounting from Lewis University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Joined Probat Inc. in 2013 as CFO, later became General Manager of Probat Burns. Since 2024, serves as CEO of PROBAT North America, overseeing Probat Inc., AC Horn, HDM USA, and ED Industrial. Focused on driving growth across all markets and building synergies between entities.

Brings over 36 years of leadership experience across sheet metal and electronics manufacturing, oil & gas, and food engineering, along with military service in the Royal Air Force. Joined MacIntyre Chocolate Systems in 2017 as Operations Director and became first Managing Director in 2019 and COO North America in 2024. Oversees operations including health & safety, compliance, manufacturing, engineering, sales, R&D, and strategic planning.
