With a maximum roasting capacity of 350 kg per hour, the roaster is tailored to meet the diverse requirements of specialty coffee production. Roasting times between 6 and 20 minutes provide maximum flexibility for individualized aroma development.
For enhanced sustainability, the Cx70 features an optional partial recirculation system. By redirecting a portion of the cleaned roasting exhaust back into the combustion chamber, the system reuses residual heat and reduces the need for additional thermal energy, enabling energy savings of up to 20%.
