The future of manufacturing – With the new construction of a next-generation production site PROBAT has set a benchmark in its international core markets. In September the company celebrated the opening of PROBAT GO together with 300 coffee professionals from more than 40 countries. At the CONNECTING MARKETS symposium, they gathered around the topics of sustainability and digitalization. On the same occasion, PROBAT presented its first hydrogen-powered shop roaster – the future of roasting.

Digital twins are virtual representations of their physical counterparts. However, they are much more than just replicas and hold great potential also for the coffee industry, which the PROBAT experts are already at work to explore.
