The new edition of PROBAT Magazine is out now!
The first half of the year is barely over and PROBAT has already completed two major trade fair appearances. In this issue of our customer magazine, we report in detail on the sustainable and smart solutions we presented to the global coffee industry at interpack and World of Coffee Athens. In Greece, we also won the coveted SCA Best New Product Award for our P05 hydrogen roaster.
Our representative Shanghai Fuda gives us an insight into the current developments and trends in the Chinese coffee market.
Also in this issue: a guest article by Tanja Humphrey (Director of R&D at World Coffee Research), who explains the central role of agricultural research in making the coffee sector sustainable.
Furthermore, we talked in detail with Tobias Battermann (PROBAT Head of Software Engineering Plant Technology) about the recently completed development project in the field of PROBAT automation systems. In this edition, we take a closer look at the new technologies, functionalities, and improved operating concept of this next generation of PROBAT plant control systems.
