The coffee roastery will feature the latest PROBAT equipment: In addition to a green and ground coffee plant, this includes a roasting system with two NEPTUNE 3000 drum roasters and an automatic quality control system that ensures consistent quality throughout the coffee production process. It monitors and controls various parameters such as moisture content, bean size, impurities and color, thus enabling maximum reproducibility and highest quality coffee products.
